Study Outgoing

This mobility allows the full-time students at NEVU to study at a partner higher education institution for one or two semesters within the scope of the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies program. For the agreements please visit Partner institutions

Basic Information about the program:

Duration: The mobility can last 3-12 months for each learning level. (e.g. BSc, MA and PhD apart). In order to benefit from this program, the students check if their department has an inter-institutional agreement. Please visit Partner Institutions page.

Course load: The students are generally supposed to have 30 ECTS credits for each semester. If you study at a three term designed department you can have 20 ECTS for each term.

Recognition: When you have your mobility you are going to receive full recognition of credits by NEVU, and in your diploma supplement and transcript you will receive the official indication of your mobility.

Grants: The program supports students with a standard monthly grant. The grant you can benefit changes according to the target country and it changes every 7 years. Countries where learning mobility activities can be carried out are divided into 3 groups according to their cost of living. You can see the current grants in the table below.

Grant amounts are not intended to cover the full cost of the activity for students, they are only a contribution.

Travel grants: In order to contribute to the travel costs of the students, the distance between the starting point of the mobility and the place where the activity takes place is determined using the distance calculator provided by the European Commission and the travel grant is calculated using the table below. Green travel is the use of public transportation with low carbon emissions.
