How to APPLY? Outgoing
STUDENT FOR STUDIES
Step 1: Students at NEVU have to take English and German language exams, which is generally held in every November. The exam announcement is generally made in the beginning months, September or October, of every academic year. You should first enroll in this exam; no other exams are eligible for the Erasmus+ processes at NEVU. In order not to miss the dates it is highly recommended that you visit NEVU institutional web page regularly and follow institutional social media accounts.
Step 2: Students who can get a minimum of B1 level, 60/100 points at the exam are announced on our Erasmus+ Official webpage. Those who can get the eligible scores are guided to apply at the links provided at this step. Step 3: After the application process, which generally lasts for 20 days, the most successful candidates, who are basically chosen with 50% of GPA (grades) and 50% of language exam results, gain the chance to be an exchange student at the institutions they choose in the application process. The successful candidates are announced on our official Erasmus+ webpage.
Step 4: You are a nominee now. You are going to be appointed with an advisor from the office, who is going to support you in your communication with the partner university, help you with the official documents, plan your accommodation and provides guidance in the visa procedures.
STUDENT FOR TRAINEESHIP
The procedure is pretty much the same with the studies, except for a couple of details!

Step 4: You are a nominee now. At the beginning of the application or in this stage, you are going to be asked to hand in a letter of invitation from the enterprise or institution, at which you plan to have your internship. The Office is going to examine your invitation to ensure if the workplace is a proper one, or compatible with your field of study and ask for a confirmation from your department. When you get your confirmation you are going to be appointed with an advisor from the office, who is going to support with the official documents, plan your accommodation and provides guidance in the visa procedures.
