Internship Outgoing

This mobility type allows full time students at NEVU to have a traineeship period for 2 months in an enterprise, organization or higher education institution in an Erasmus+ program country. No agreement is required for this mobility type, you can search for any kind of enterprise that can help you achieve your professional goals. In order to find a suitable workplace to have your internship at, you can either use your personal contacts, e-mail to the institution explaining your training intend, or you can consult our office and we can guide you to some internship search databases.

Basic Information about the program:

Candidates: All NEVU students whether they have a compulsory training/practice at their department or not can apply this program. However, you must ensure that the training is in line with your field of study.

Duration: Although the training period might change between 2-12 months our Office generally provide grant for two months to ensure supporting as many students as possible. Yet, you can extend your training beyond 2 months with your own resources or financial sponsors. 

Recognition: The students are going to receive a certificate validating their internship period.

Grants: Countries where learning mobility activities can be carried out are divided into 3 groups according to their cost of living. You can see the current grants in the table below.

Grant amounts are not intended to cover the full cost of the activity for students, they are only a contribution.

Travel Grants: In order to contribute to the travel costs of the students, the distance between the starting point of the mobility and the place where the activity takes place is determined using the distance calculator provided by the European Commission and the travel grant is calculated using the table below. Green travel is the use of public transportation with low carbon emissions.
