How to APPLY?
STUDENT FOR STUDIES
Step 1: You have to be officially nominated by your home university. For this step your university Erasmus+ officer should send us an e-mail erasmus@nevsehir.edu.tr including the info below:
Deadline!
The nomination e-mails by the home institution should be send before the 15th of June for the fall semester or one year mobilities, 15th of November for the spring semester mobilities.
Step 2: After your official nomination, you are going to receive an email from NEVU Erasmus+ Office with application instructions.
Step 3: The application instructions will ask you to complete, sign, scan and send the forms below from your personal e-mail address to erasmus@nevsehir.edu.tr.
- Current Passport
- CV
- Learning Agreement (List of courses linki buraya)
- Transcript of Records
Deadline!
The forms should be send before the 1st of July for the fall semester or one year mobilities, 1st of December for the spring semester mobilities.

Step 4: You will be issued with a Letter of Acceptance in 10 days after you send the forms.
STUDENT FOR TRAINEESHIP
Step 1: Your home university or you can send us an e-mail briefly describing your field of study, traineeship interest and include the info below:
Deadline!
Although there is not a standard period for traineeships, we highly recommend you to start your procedures 3 months before the estimated time of your arrival.
Step 2: After your email, you are going to receive a reply from NEVU Erasmus+ Office with application instructions.
Step 3: The application instructions will ask you to complete, sign, scan and send the forms below from your personal e-mail address to erasmus@nevsehir.edu.tr.

- Training Agreement
- Transcript of Records
Deadline!
Although there is not a standard period for traineeships, we highly recommend you to send the forms above 2 months before the estimated time of your arrival.
Step 4: You will be issued with a Letter of Acceptance in 10 days after you send the forms.
